Note: A FULL COPY OF THE REGULATIONS SPANS 203 PAGES. Unless you have x-ray, radioactive materials, and non-ionizing radiation, you will not need every page. Below is a list of radiation applications and their corresponding pages in the PDF version of our rules.
A. If you use radioactive materials in industry but not for industrial radiography, you need to copy pages 1 through 13, 17 through 132, 168 through 183, and 197 through 203.
B. If you use radioactive materials for industrial radiography only, you need to copy pages 1 through 13, 17 through 140, 168 through 183, and 197 through 199.
C. If you use radioactive materials for human uses, you need to copy pages 1 through 13, 17 through 132, 152 through 160, 168 through 183, and 197 through 199.
D. If you use particle accelerators, you need to copy pages 1 through 17, 47 through 132, and 162 through 183.
E. If you use industrial x-ray equipment, you need to copy pages 1 through 17, 47 through 140, 160 through 162, and 168 through 183.
F. If you are using x-ray equipment on humans, you need to copy pages 1 through 17, 47 through 132, 140 through 152, and 168 through 183.
G. If you are using laser, MRI, tanning booths, RF heaters, photo-thermic devices, and/or mercury discharge lamps, you need to copy 1 through 17, and 210 through 227
